We will be having a talk about Energy with a meditation. Plus our own craft maker, teaching us how to do Decopatch, by Kirsty.

It's going to be an interesting and fun filled evening.
Come and support your group and enjoy a great evening with others who have the same challenging issues learning new things to help you in your daily living. We are all easy going and very approachable. Donation at the door, free monthly newsletter
